Everyone tried fixing the problem by building complex time clocks, badge systems, and manual processes. We experienced this problem first hand managing distributed teams across multiple locations. The existing solutions don't work for modern workforces.
We believe that attendance tracking needs to be intelligent and location-aware. So we built OnSight from the ground up with GPS geofencing at its core.
